An overview of the property
The villa
The luxurious and sustainable sanctuary exists of a villa, two fully renovated ancient trulli and a gorgeous pool. The property is very private and sleeps 6 to 8 people. It has an automatic gate, security system, solar panels, batteries, electric car charger (on request), a heatpump and vancoils to cool the property in summer and for the early or late seasons there is floor heating throughout. Being here is about escaping the daily rush, therefore there is no TV, but we do have a solid sound system to play your favourite music. There is WiFi in- and outside so streaming your music is not a problem.

The villa exists of a living room with fireplace and large windows to enjoy the view, a island kitchen with dining table for four, a refrigerator and freezer, a beautiful Bezzera coffee machine, an induction stove and wine cooler. The two bedrooms both have two double beds and there are two bathrooms.
This bedroom has direct access to the beautiful garden it has a double bed and USB charging points on both sides of the bed, it is spacious and has an ensuite bathroom with two showers, washbasin, mirror with heating and lighting, a toilet and bidet. The second bedroom in the villa is spacious and has direct access to the beautiful garden, and the olive grove, the batrhoom is located opposite the bedroom and has a shower, washbasin and toilet with shower.
