Caring for an olive grove
How can you be part of this
Why the trees matter
Across Puglia, millions of olive trees have died from the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa.
Families who depended on the land for generations are losing both their income and their landscape.
Our Grove
On our land grow more than 200 Coratina, Ogliarola and Celine di Nardo olive trees without applying chemical treatments.
Together with local farmers we care for the grove and begin planting new trees so the land can continue to sustain families.
How you can be part of this
Our olive oil is produced locally from our harvest. Each bottle contributes directly to planting new trees and maintaining the land. You can also experience the grove yourself by staying at our trulli in Puglia. More to follow soon!
A glimpse of life on the land
We live and work in the Netherlands, and return to Puglia whenever we can. During those weeks we care for the trees, work with local farmers and follow the harvest. The oil comes back with us, and slowly the project grows — tree by tree, season by season.

Two oils, two expressions of our grove
By harvesting our olives early and carefully selecting each variety at the moment of harvest, we are able to produce two distinct extra virgin olive oils, each expressing its own character, balance and depth.
The smooth and intense version which is made from a blend of Oliarola and celine di nardo olives and the bold and intense extra virgin olive oil which is made of the Coratina olives.
Each bottle is a small step in restoring the land and supporting the local people who care for it.
